Member Registration Method

Complete all necessary information in your own hand and be sure to set your seal on the member registration form.
Transfer the total amount of the first payment into the specified account, affix a duplicate copy of the payment slip, and be sure to send it to Winalite Japan (hereinafter referred to as Our company).

Please note that registration may be suspended if there are deficiencies or illegible characters on the member registration form.
- Member registration of the following people is not allowed.
[1] People under age 20 (students are not allowed even over the age of 20)
[2] Ex-members who haven’t passed twelve months yet since withdrawal or those who lost membership qualification for the reason of expulsion or others
[3] People without resident’s status in Japan
[4] Members of an organized crime group, warrantees, or wards
[5] Other people whose participation cannot be accepted by Our company

Cancellation and Expulsion of Membership Qualifications
Cancellation: For cancellation of membership qualifications, submit the specified cancellation notification with your signature and seal.
Expulsion: If you are applicable to the following items, you will be immediately expelled and lose the membership qualifications (e.g. unpaid bonus amount).

[2] People in violation of the articles of this document or membership rules who disobey our guidance
[3] People who conduct recruiting and sales activities using advertising media other than as specified or approved by Our company

All trademarks and business names of Winalite Japan belong to Winalite Japan and use of them without our permission is prohibited. Advertisements and sales targeting the general public via newspapers, magazines, Internet, and e-mails are also prohibited.

Winalite Japan has the right to respond to members who violate rules such as “membership contract," corrected contract conditions, added matters, articles, and regulations with suspension of bonus payments. When Winalite Japan notifies members of a violation of the rules, the “membership contract” will be terminated at the point when Winalite Japan confirms the violation fact. If the contract is cancelled, or if relevant members cause damage to Winalite Japan, Winalite Japan has the right to demand compensation for damages from the relevant members. Winalite Japan also has the right to report violation of laws, rules, and regulations to the authorities who manage and control them
- Members must not conduct auctions or bargain sales as a buying and selling method.

The cooling-off system is a rule defined by the specific trade law to protect consumers.
- When customers apply for membership registration and conclude a contract, the application can be withdrawn in writing without preconditions or penalties within twenty days of the date when document (Keiyaku no naiyo o akirakani suru shomen) that clarified content of contract was received or the product arrival date, whichever is later.
- Withdrawal of this application or termination of the contract takes effect from the date when the notification is released (date of stamp).
- If you did not take advantage of the cooling-off system because of false recognition resulting from dishonesty, threats, or confusion, you can use the cooling-off system within twenty days including the date when you received the written form informing you of the right to cancel. In such cases, we do not claim damages or penalty fees. Already paid money will be returned immediately.
